Privacy Policy
EzyHisab ("we", "our") is an online billing service for Indian businesses, run by MHM Tech Experts, Sector 70, Mohali, Punjab, India. This policy explains what information the EzyHisab website and Android app collect, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account details: your name, business name, phone number, email address and password (the password is handled by Google Firebase Authentication; we never see or store it in plain text).
- Business details you enter: address, GSTIN, state, bank details printed on your invoices, and your logo and stamp images.
- Billing data you enter: invoices, their customers' names, phone numbers, addresses and GSTIN, service descriptions, amounts and payment status.
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos (other than a logo or stamp you choose to upload), microphone or camera data, and we do not show advertising.
How we use it
- To run the service: sign you in, save your invoices, show your dashboard and create PDF bills.
- To review new sign-ups and to give support when you ask for it.
- To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Your customers' details are yours: we only store them so you can see your bills on any device.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Your data is stored with Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore), which keeps it on Google's secure servers and encrypts it in transit and at rest. Each business can only read its own data; this is enforced by database security rules. EzyHisab administrators can access company records only to approve accounts and provide support. PDF invoices are generated on your own device.
Sharing
We share data only with Google (as our hosting and database provider), or when the law requires it. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account and billing data within 30 days (see how to delete your account). Some records may be kept longer only if the law requires.
Your choices
- You can view, correct or download your data from within the app (Saved Invoices and Settings, including backup).
- You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
- You can ask us any question about your data by email.
Security
All connections use HTTPS. Access is controlled by sign-in and server-side rules. Please choose a strong password and do not share it. No online service can be perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
EzyHisab is made for businesses and is not meant for children under 18.

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
