Delete your EzyHisab account
You can ask us to delete your EzyHisab account and all billing data stored with it.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to ezyhisab@gmail.com with the subject Delete my EzyHisab account.
- Write the business name and the login email address of the account, and send it from that same email address so we can confirm it is you.
- We will confirm by reply and delete the account.
What is deleted
- Your login (email and password record).
- Your company profile, logo, stamp and bank details.
- All invoices and customer details saved in your account.
Deletion is completed within 30 days and cannot be undone. Download your invoices (PDF) or a backup from Settings before you ask, if you want to keep them. Records we must keep by law, if any, are kept only for the period the law requires.
